The Circus Building - Safe To Visit
In the Circus Building we are affiliated with our trade association HORESTA’s “SAFE TO VISIT” program. It gives you the guarantee that we meet the authorities’ requirements and recommendations for guest service, cleaning and hygiene.
For you and your company it means that you are now able to conduct your next conference, company party or award show in the Circus Building with up to 500 people cf. the authorities’ guidelines.

The Circus Building is a conferences and event venue in Copenhagen
Use the different and inspiring setting of the historic Circus Building for your next event, conference, company presentation, anniversary or product launch – the only limit is your imagination. Our restaurant will provide an exquisite menu whether it's an all-day conference or evening dinner. You have the opportunity to experience Wallmans Dinnerparty - a unique international show where you'll be entertained by fabulous dancers, amazing singers and high-flying acrobats. Tailor your event with your own entertainment or/and selected acts from Wallmans Dinnershow.
The Circus Hall
Below the impressive dome is the large Circus Hall, its circus ring and 7 levels – the perfect hall for anything from 200 - 1000 guests. The beautiful dome-shaped room is as made for high-flying thoughts and far-reaching plans. The Circus Hall is equipped with both surround sound and surround view and light. Our professional technicians can create a light show to suit your event.
- Light: Standard light setting in the Circus Hall and on stage (in front of and behind the stage curtain). All lights are controlled by a GrandMA2 lighting console.
- Sound: The sound system is from Meyer Sound, one of the most used sound systems in the world. All sound is controlled by a DiGiCo SD 10. The package includes 2 microphones (wireless: headsets, handheld or goosenecks).
- Video: Four brand new LED-screens: two on the side of the stage, one in the center and one in the back with three pillars on each side (120m2).
- Staff: 1 light technician, 1 sound technician and 1 stage manager. Our technical staff should always be present at events in the Circus Hall. They can handle PowerPoint and video presentations. Price surcharge for lighting design and production.
If you need anything else for your event, eg. additional equipment or staff, please contact us for more information and the Circus Building will be happy to assist you in hiring it.
In need of an extra room
If you need a backstage room or breakout room in relation to your conference or event, you can also book the Circus Building's old stable house, Buddha Lounge. It is an atmospheric and exotic room with a maximum of 150 people. A wonderful, inspiring alternative to traditional meeting rooms!
