Catering is by the Copenhagen-based chef and restaurateur Frederik Bille Brahe. Daily he runs SMK’s museum café Kafeteria and for events, Kafeteria Banquet presents tailored menus for your event or meeting. With a special focus on sustainability, Kafeteria Banquet delivers half-day and full-day conference packages, reception menus, gala menus, family-style menus, and food trucks.
