A3 Conference is our large, open space — built for conferences, product launches, exhibitions and large-scale productions. With an expansive floor area, an integrated catering kitchen and dedicated wardrobe facilities, it's designed for ambitious events that need room to breathe.
A4 Event Space is the smaller, more intimate of the two — suited for dinners, parties, workshops and off-site meetings. With flexible seating, an architectural feature wall and direct access to service areas, it offers a more focused, welcoming setting while remaining fully equipped for professional events.

At Paper Paper, sustainability is part of how we run every event — not an add-on. We work exclusively with local suppliers for catering and services, keeping our supply chains short and our footprint low. All events are supported by comprehensive waste sorting, ensuring materials are properly separated and recycled rather than sent to landfill. We're continuously looking at ways to reduce single-use materials on-site and to make sustainable choices the easy choice for our clients and their guests.
25hours Hotel Paper Island, surrounded by water, evokes a Scandinavian holiday home feel. The harbor-themed reception welcomes you, while the public spaces resemble a village. 128 rooms in a new building complex, six of which have their own outdoor area. The symbol of the island served the Swedish interior design team as inspiration for the hotel design, which reminds visitors of a stay in a Scandinavian holiday home. With 87 seats, the Tiger Lily restaurant will offer Asian dishes in the ambience of a Danish summer house. It combines Asian design and wood art, colours and patterns and origami in a contemporary way.
