Nørrebro Brewhouse - Meetings and events in experimental and inspiring surroundings. Nørrebro Brewhouse is the fairy tale of a small local brewery that grew strong combining organic craft beers and fine dining.
From the beginning in 2003 the brewhouse became a shining beacon in the young and exciting beer and food culture that was sprouting in Nørrebro and around Denmark.
Since Nørrebro Brewhouse grand opening, more than 200 different beers have been brewed - every single one a unique experience. We're looking to brew beers with character and we therefore aim to use the best possible ingredients.
Nørrebro Bryghus' kitchen is a brasserie kitchen that pushes to the conventional impressions of brewery food, with a high gastronomic level and vegan alternatives including a 4-course vegan menu.
We are part of a sustainabilty project run by the muncipiality of Copenhagen, where we are getting advices on how to optimize our restaurant in order to save energy and in generel become more sustainable.
Besides from that we give all of our spend mash from the beer brewing company to a Agrain, who dries the mash and turn them into crisps, which are served in the restauant. Furthermore our chefs have a local focus when they are making the menu, and we actually also serve vegan dishes.
