Your safety has always been one of our top priorities, and now more than ever. We have raised our already high standards of hygiene and developed new health and safety protocols to meet the challenges presented by Covid-19.
Except the information you read on the link above, we'll adjust the venue when it comes to furnish with space. We’ll allocate more space between the chairs, both in the exhibition hall and the meeting rooms. We have three different entrances and foyers and will have catering stations in different places at different times to avoid queues and crowding. Our restaurant has adjusted the way of how to serve food in a secure way.

Malmömässan Exhibition & Congress Centre includes an exhibition hall of 10,000 m2, a conference centre with 17 meeting rooms from 20 to 1,100 people, Plenary in Exhibition hall for up to 3000 people. Capacity to serve up to 3000 people in seated dinner in the Exhibition hall, and two restaurants with 700 seats.
The location is optimal for large International events. From the train station 3 min away from the venue you reach Copenhagen airport in 12 min and Copenhagen city centre in 24 min. Accommodation is always close with 700 hotel rooms within walking distance and another 4,000 within 15 min.
