Bella Center Copenhagen is a highly flexible venue with multiple entrances, which allows the space to be customized for each event. The venue offers 65,000 sqm. Of event space and can host up to 30,000 guests. There are five halls, which can be used for exhibition, plenaries, or other functions, and along with the extensive foyer areas and balconies. The biggest plenary room can accommodate up to 7,000 guests. In total 100 meeting rooms can be made available. All halls are conveniently placed on ground floor with meeting rooms on both the ground floor and the first floor.
Bella Center Copenhagen is situated 5 minutes from Copenhagen International Airport and 8 minutes from the city center.
Bella Arena (hall D) is the latest addition to Bella Center Copenhagen. A unique and sustainable arena that gives Copenhagen even better opportunities for hosting all kinds of cultural-, sports- and congress events. Bella Arena is perfect for impressive large-scale plenaries, parties, or exhibitions. It has a tile floor, a 12-meter ceiling height and can be divided into five soundproof halls. The arena is one of Northern Europe's largest of its kind and has room for 7,000 seated and 8,600 standing guests.
The large and bright foyer area with room for up to 7,000 guests connects Bella Arena with both Bella Center and AC Hotel Bella Sky. With the integrated balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and green outdoor areas, the foyer is the perfect setting for anything from VIP-events to after-parties.
The halls of Bella Center Copenhagen are located on the ground floor and have hosted numerous events such as scientific exhibitions, congresses, e-sport, kick-offs, car launches, parties, book fairs and much more. Each hall has a unique look and feel.
Hall A is a black box with a carpeted floor, 9 meters to the ceiling – a good choice for keynote plenaries, exhibitions, and parties.
Hall B, with its industrial style and clean canvas, creates a flexible background for any type of setup. Hall B offers 40 flexible rooms, which can be used individually or combined to make bigger rooms.
The largest space, Hall C is often the natural choice for large exhibitions, in combination with our flexible meeting rooms. Hall C1 offers 6 combinable breakout rooms, perfectly placed to an exhibition or other functions in Hall C. In Hall C4, there is the option of setting up a plenary room that seats up to 2,400 people.
Hall E has abundant natural daylight, a glass ceiling of up to 25 meters and tall green trees.

This means that we, in addition to delivering the best possible service for our guests and customers, also take responsibility for the impact that our business has on society and the environment and strive to affect our surroundings positively.
Food waste initiaves. If something is too good to bin, it mustn’t go to waste. At Bellagroup we hate food waste and we are constantly experimenting with new ways of reducing food waste. Our food waste initiative Treatbox – is an alternative doggy bag that allows guests to take their leftovers home after dining with us.
The production process behind Treatbox is CO2 neutral and the box is 100% biodegradable and does not contain the chemicals and hormone disruptors commonly associated with plastic and foil packaging. Our wish is that Treatbox will allow us to reduce food waste significantly and protect the environment whilst also making it easy for our guests to take any left-over food home with them.
Energy savings. One of our many sustainable initiatives concerns reducing the total energy consumption in Bella Center Copenhagen. In order to optimize an in this area, Bellagroup has collaborated with Schneider Electric in order to compose a new indoor climate strategy for Bella Center Copenhagen. The collaboration has enabled us to track our energy consumption in specific areas of the building, helping us determine new sustainable goals, based on the newly gathered data.
A part of the transition has included informing and educating our staff about energy consumption and resource optimization in order for it to be at the forefront of their minds in regards to their respective work areas.
Sustainable food chain. We continually work to increase transparency, reduce environmental effects and seize opportunities that positively affect our local community through our selection of suppliers and products. We collaborate directly with suppliers to create products that live up to our expectations and quality standards.
We believe in dialogue with our supplier partners, but also expect them to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct is based on international standards concerning human and labour rights, environmental practices, anti-corruption and other industry standards. Because, as a large corporate buyer, we have the power to use our influence to create ripples of sustainable change that leave positive marks throughout the entire value chain.
Social partnerships. Bellagroup actively contributes to overcome social challenges in Denmark by integrating and including people who are having difficulties to enter the labour market.
Our close cooperation with the job centers and other organizations enables us to create concrete results and success stories for people who would otherwise be unemployed. We are dealing with people who belong to vulnerable groups in society and need help getting in or back in the labour market. We hire employees in internships, wage subsidies, flex jobs, student positions, etc.
The purpose with these programmes is first and foremost, to provide a marginalised group of individuals with a fair chance of gaining a foothold on the Danish labour market. As a business, however, we believe that such projects are hugely valuable. Diversity in the workplace is a major advantage in our service organisation, and the interaction between the new interns and our permanent employees, who are responsible for delivering their training, has already generated valuable insights and new perspectives on both working life and day-to-day life.
