The best taxi service in the city
Dantaxi 4x48 is named as the company that provides passengers at Copenhagen Airport the best service at the taxi journey from the airport. It is the fourth consecutive time that the company takes the prize home, and according to the director, it is the result of a targeted strategy.

The Copenhagen Airport is in charge of the investigation as part of the Airport Taxi Management System (TMS). The airport assesses the service level of Copenhagen taxi companies and selects each quarter the highest score in a number of service categories. Use of mystery shoppers to test if taxi companies meet the airport's service criteria. A taxi ride that a mystery shopper takes from the airport is measured at 26 points. Criteria such as driver's courtesy, language usage, route selection, luggage help and a lot more are measured. In addition, the car's cleanliness is assessed as well as outside.

Specifically, the system means that a service concept has been introduced that provides incentives for taxis to deliver consistently high service to provide passengers with an even better travel experience.
The bonus scheme is important because it rewards the company that is best in providing this service, thus supporting the scheme's purpose.
That the Dantaxi 4x48 has won the award four times in a row, testifies that the company supports the Taxi Management System and worked to develop better service to its customers at the airport. Without this support, the Taxi Management System would not have ensured the traffic improvements and the lifting of service levels, as we have seen at the airport over the past two years.”
