We bake sourdough pizzas with a focus on the best organic ingredients from Italy and Denmark. Take them with you or dine with us. We also have a large selection of antipasti in several of the restaurants, so you can linger and enjoy a good glass of wine with your food for a longer time - and if there is a football match or a cycling race you want to watch on TV, we often show it in the restaurant.

Neapolitan Pizza 

The Neapolitan pizza is not like others. The pizzas are baked at a high temperature for a short time so that the filling remains fresh and tasty. We use our own recipe for sourdough and let the dough rise for 4 days before baking, so that it gets the taste and consistency that a napoletana pizza should have.
