For lunch, guests can choose between an à la carte menu with a variety of options or a carefully composed 3-course menu. Both offer a straightforward yet satisfying dining experience. In the evening, Gabrielle presents two dining options: a selection of à la carte dishes or an 5-course tasting menu. Each dish is crafted with care, combining flavors and techniques to create a memorable meal.

Norrlyst Group has held the Organic Silver Certification for a long period, signifying the use of 60-90% organic ingredients. However, we have made a deliberate decision to withdraw from this program due to the significant administrative upkeep it required and the subsequent reduction in flexibility.
In order to maintain our commitment to sustainability and organic practices, we have implemented stringent internal guidelines and sourcing protocols. While we no longer participate in the certification, our dedication to using high-quality organic produce remains unwavering.
By independently managing our sustainability efforts, we have greater control over the selection of suppliers and the ability to adapt to seasonal availability, ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy exceptional dining experiences with an emphasis on organic and eco-conscious ingredients.
