Restaurant Gabrielle is part of the Norrlyst Group and stands out with its focus on simple, nostalgic French dishes. The atmosphere reflects classic French charm, and the menu highlights well-known favorites like quail, escargot, and oeufs périgourdins. On the extensive wine card, every region of the French wine landscape is represented, and any wine enthusiast will be pleased.
For lunch, guests can choose between an à la carte menu with a variety of options or a carefully composed 3-course menu. Both offer a straightforward yet satisfying dining experience. In the evening, Gabrielle presents two dining options: a selection of à la carte dishes or an 5-course tasting menu. Each dish is crafted with care, combining flavors and techniques to create a memorable meal.
The main restaurant is an L-shaped room, which can seat up to 55 guests. There is no bar/mingling area.
A few step upstairs you find Vinstuen, Gabrielles intimate private dining experience. Private Dining is offered for 6 - 12 guests for lunch and dinner.

Norrlyst Group has held the Organic Silver Certification for a long period, signifying the use of 60-90% organic ingredients. However, we have made a deliberate decision to withdraw from this program due to the significant administrative upkeep it required and the subsequent reduction in flexibility.
In order to maintain our commitment to sustainability and organic practices, we have implemented stringent internal guidelines and sourcing protocols. While we no longer participate in the certification, our dedication to using high-quality organic produce remains unwavering.
