Hahnemanns Køkken is a bakery, cafe, pastry shop, cooking school and event place.
We start the day with freshly baked sourdough buns, loafs, pastries and rye. And serve breakfast with eggs, cheese, marmelade with steaming hot coffe and te.
At lunch we do our take on traditional open-faced sandwiches, sandwiches, warm dishes, pastries and sweets.
Our gastronomic profile is inspiration from all the wonderful places we have eaten, lived and worked around the world.
Everyone can be part of the process, have ideas and create new ways of doing things, both gastronomically and in regards to communication and well-being.
We are each our own collection of unique experiences and inspirations and we believe our guests should benefit from that.
When booking Hahnemanns Køkken, you get a charming and informal space, we can also facilitate dinners, pre-dinner events, meeting or a product launch

Hahnemanns køkken was foundet by Trine hahnemann, who has writen 17 cookboks and worked with food both in kitchens, as a colum writer, political forums, boardrooms and even The Great British Bake Off.
We have a strict no-racism, sexism, nationalism policy. Just as we tolerate no so-called "old school" lingo. We consider Lola to be both a safe space and a work place. A place where staff and guests can be themselves.
We only use local flour from either Kornby Mølle or Quartz Mølle, fresh eggs from Stensbølgård, and our menu displays Danish greens and fruits as they are in season.
