MCI’s 15 experienced staff members in Copenhagen will assist you in planning your congress or event. We will assist you with professional project management and innovation and act as your sparring partner during the whole planning process. We focus on Health & Safety and secure all precautions are taking to keep the participants healthy, also during Pandemic conditions. We assist with great enthusiasm in planning congresses & events from 100 to over 10.000 participants and will be happy to do part of the event or the full project. We also have large experience in Medical Meetings and know the pharma codex. We are also the secretariat for several associations and assist with the yearly congress and administer memberships and the association development.

ICS – International Conference Services has since July 2016 been part of MCI Copenhagen and our joint team of 15 people in Copenhagen is working closely together with our offices in Gothenburg & Stockholm, where we have additional 20 staff members.
OVATION Denmark is MCI’s Destination management & event department, who manage corporate groups, incentives, creative add on services to Congresses, product launches and event production in the Nordic countries. The Ovation team consist of 10 enthusiastic and innovative project managers, who can assist in many languages. The Ovation team has the right connections and know everything about the newest Danish upcoming trends and the secret places, where we can get unique access to.
MCI Copenhagen is part of the MCI Group, who has offices in many countries. The international relation makes us stronger in terms of better hotel and supplier contracts. We use our international network for marketing of congresses and securing more sponsors and participants. Our talents are participating in the MCI Academy that makes the whole team up to date with the latest trends and technology.

MCI has the most developed sustainability set up with sustainability champions at all our offices and 4 dedicated project managers, who focusses on how to create events and conferences in a more sustainable way. We also assist our clients in developing sustainability reports and advice in the process on how to create the most sustainable event. Internally our staff is participating in internal training and the Copenhagen office team is also doing our own efforts, in terms of using organic local fruits, bicycling to work, tap water in jars etc.
