DIS Congress Service was established in 1952 and is the world´s longest-established PCO (Professional Congress Organiser). With DIS as your partner, your event will be in safe hands from start to finish. With more than 60 years of experience in the conference industry we can look back on approximately 3.000 completed events. The portfolio of successful events, which DIS has been involved in is ranging from one day meetings, VIP events for 70 people to major scientific congresses up to 15,000 participants.
Our team of project – and delegate service managers have a theoretical background at universities, business schools and the financial sector.
All project managers at DIS are IAPCO Seminar certified. On top of this the DIS team has many years of experience within the meeting industry, which naturally provides our clients an assurance of value for money.

For today and the near future, hybrid conferences and meetings will be the core of our planning. In today’s world, not all will be able to participate face-to-face and we therefore need the virtual version as well. Combining both a live and virtual experience and knowledge sharing.

For many years DIS has worked actively with environmental and social questions and we have set up requirements for our suppliers e.g.: Hotels or venues must have the "Green Key" Certification or a similar environmental policy and our offset suppliers must have the "Nordic Swan Ecolabel", which contributes to a sustainable community.
Together with three travel agencies DIS is proud to be the first so-called Travelife partners, who have incorporated fundamental sustainable workflows in their business.
We have also taken the IAPCO Plastic Pladge to help to rid the meetings industry of single-use plastic.
