At Crone & Co we make complicated things simple when you need to arrange a conference. We help you bring together the many aspects of your project in a perfect conference concept that your stakeholders will find attractive. And of course, we ensure perfect reconciliation of planning and logistics. We have more than 15 years of experience in this field so we know what it takes to get you safely and soundly from start to the finishing line.
We might as well tell you right now: Crone & Co is not the right choice for you if you are looking for a supplier to only take care of the logistics and nothing else.
Are you on the other hand looking for a business partner that takes pride in synthesising logistics while being ambitious on your behalf? A business partner that will help you reach the agreed targets while making use of the strategic potential of your conference? A business partner that will help you create creative concepts that can engage the guests and make your conference the talk of the town? Then it may be about time for us to have a conversation.
We have always had high ambitions and we have therefore succeeded in helping a wide range of brands, organisations, associations and ministries realise the full potential of their conferences. For example, when Denmark was assuming the Presidency of the European Union in 2012, Crone & Co was the official PCO. The presidency aimed to be the first sustainable presidency and this target was reached – EU2012 was the first event ever to obtain ISO certification in sustainability. This resulted in recognition and great attention.
In the last four years, we have, among other things, developed the concept for the annual European Emergency Medical Services Congress (EMS). One of the key attractions is the European EMS Championship – a competition in life-saving where professionals from across the world meet and learn from each other’s handling of concrete scenarios. The conference has become such a great success that today, it is an annual event held in a new European city each year.
Take control of the logistics
Planning and completion of a conference call for a clear overview and require a strong stomach. Time schedules, budgets and supplier agreements must be reconciled successfully and all deadlines must be kept. You do not want to risk being left with footing the bill for 50 unused hotel rooms or being short of 200 place settings at the gala dinner due to a vague agreement or a missed deadline – and it may become expensive.
At Crone & Co, we believe that we will succeed when we all focus on our specialist fields. For us, it is important that you have the time to focus on what you do best: the technical content, relationship work and in-house integration. Therefore, you can entrust us with the responsibility of taking control of the logistics and to secure good agreements with our local suppliers. This will transform your vision into a strong conference with solid results.
A loyal business partner
When we refer to ourselves as a business partner and not as a supplier, we actually mean it literally. In our opinion, close collaboration is essential to achieving good results. And therefore, co-creation is an important cornerstone in our method that will involve and challenge you and your colleagues throughout the entire course of events: From development workshops through the entire planning process to completion and evaluation.
In our experience, close collaboration is the key to creating the exact conference you need. And our approach has also resulted in the positive side effect that the relationship with our customers often becomes quite collegiate.

As a professional congress organizer, we are committed to promoting sustainability in the meeting industry. We recognize the importance of reducing our environmental footprint and ensuring that our events have a positive impact on the communities in which they are held.
To achieve this, we implement sustainable practices at every stage of our event planning and management process. This includes reducing waste through recycling and composting, using eco-friendly materials, and sourcing local and seasonal produce for catering.
We also work closely with our venue partners to ensure they have strong environmental policies in place and encourage attendees to use public transportation or carpool to reduce emissions.
Our commitment to sustainability not only benefits the environment but also enhances the overall experience of our attendees and contributes to the long-term success of our events.
