The Scandic Falkoner opened in August 2019 and has plenty of room for both dreams of stardom and big dreams of life. You can hold meetings, conferences and events for more than 2,000 delegates. Whether you are going to hold a concert, conference, a larger exhibition or just a small meeting, we have the facilities to accommodate your needs.
At Scandic Falkoner you step from bustling city life and into an impressive, beautiful setting, exactly as if world renowned artists have designed it for you. Technology, light and sound have been upgraded, while the amazing atmosphere and setting continue to permeate every corner of the hotel. Create a room for a well-deserved break with our many break-out facilities. Standing or sitting, indoors or out, coffee or wine - the opportunities for networking and recharging your batteries are many.
We offer great halls and 10 flexible meeting rooms in various sizes, all of them equipped with state-of-the-art technology with endless combinations allowing for creativity, surprises and memorable experiences.
With its historic stage, Falkoner Hall is ideal for larger events or simply for its incredible flexibility. The character of the Hall can be shifted in no time - conference room by day, huge dining room by night? No problem. In the space of 30 minutes we can transform the large hall into a room with an 806 sqm flat floor. Guests are guaranteed the ultimate experience. The Falkoner Hall's unique design gives everyone in the room a good view while the lighting, sound and impressive acoustics make the stars twinkle over Frederiksberg.

We focus on these three core parts of our business when we innovate to drive change in the hospitality industry and push for a more sustainable society. We want to lead the way to better food and beverage with less impact. We will do this by reducing food and packaging waste, offering plant based and locally sourced foods, choosing certified and seasonal products, and optimizing ordering and delivery.
SLEEP
We want to offer the most sustainable room experience. We will do this by optimizing hotel room sustainability – for example using less chemicals and sustainable materials, encouraging circularity by reducing, reusing, and recycling materials, and engaging guests in sustainable behaviours.
Sustainable Hotel Operations?
We want to continue to excel in sustainable hotel operations through constant improvements, driving investments towards new sustainable solutions, and engaging the supply chain and property owners. When striving for excellence and great impact, every step counts, every day in every hotel. Some of our goals for 2020 to make our hotel operations more sustainable are to use 100% renewable electricity, reducing water use to 160 litres per guest night, reducing CO2-emissions to 2,3 kg per guest night, and reducing waste to a maximum of 0,62 kg per guest night by 2020.
Scandic also has a Code of Conduct that applies to all team members and actively works with anti-corruption. In addition, we have an Environmental Policy, Supply Chain Code of Conduct and Diversity & Inclusion Policy, as well as Scandic’s guidelines For Sustainable Procurement, and training in anti-trafficking.
